CSPPLAZA光熱發(fā)電網(wǎng)報(bào)道:中廣核太陽(yáng)能開發(fā)有限公司今日晚間授權(quán)CSPPLAZA發(fā)布德令哈50MW光熱發(fā)電項(xiàng)目的EPC招標(biāo)預(yù)告,據(jù)該招標(biāo)預(yù)告顯示,整個(gè)工程將分為集熱場(chǎng)(SOF)、HTF+TES(傳熱及儲(chǔ)熱)、動(dòng)力區(qū)(BOP)三個(gè)EPC包分別進(jìn)行招標(biāo),投標(biāo)方負(fù)責(zé)本工程包范圍內(nèi)的基本設(shè)計(jì)轉(zhuǎn)化及施工圖設(shè)計(jì)、設(shè)備供貨、土建、安裝及分步調(diào)試。
同時(shí)值得注意的是,太陽(yáng)島中的油水換熱器、導(dǎo)熱油泵,傳熱儲(chǔ)熱系統(tǒng)中的熔融鹽、導(dǎo)熱油,以及常規(guī)島及BOP中的油鹽換熱器、熔鹽泵這幾種關(guān)鍵設(shè)備和材料將獨(dú)立于上述EPC包之外進(jìn)行招標(biāo)。

中廣核德令哈50MW光熱發(fā)電項(xiàng)目廠址位于青海省德令哈市西出口太陽(yáng)能產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)內(nèi),距離德令哈市約7公里,老G315國(guó)道以北,柏樹山以南,本期占地面積約2.5km2。廠址區(qū)域地貌為戈壁灘,地勢(shì)北高南低,海拔約為3000m,南北向自然坡度約為3%~4%,東西向自然坡度小于1%。
Name of project: 50 mw photo-thermal project of CGN in Delingha, China. Site: 7 kw solar industrial area in Delingha, Qinghai province, China. Area: First stage area is 2.45 2.46k㎡, from east to west is 2.1 km, the grade <1%, from south to north is 1.35 km, the grade ~3.5%, north is higher than north.
本項(xiàng)目規(guī)劃裝機(jī)容量100MW,其中本期建設(shè)50MW。本項(xiàng)目采用拋物面槽式(PTC)導(dǎo)熱油太陽(yáng)能熱發(fā)電技術(shù),建設(shè)190個(gè)槽式集熱器標(biāo)準(zhǔn)回路,設(shè)置一套雙罐二元硝酸鹽儲(chǔ)熱系統(tǒng)(儲(chǔ)熱容量1300MWh),并設(shè)計(jì)、建設(shè)一套50MW規(guī)模的中溫、高壓、一次再熱的水冷汽輪發(fā)電機(jī)組(汽機(jī)額定功率55MW,發(fā)電機(jī)額定功率60MW),采用城市自來水作為原水。
The installed capacity of this project is 100MW and 50MW will be built in this phase. The PTC solar thermal power generation technique with heat transfer fluid (HTF) is adopted by this project and there are 190 standard trough collector loops with one set of dual-tank binary nitrate thermal energy storage system (the thermal energy storage capacity is 1300MWh). One set of 50MW water-cooling steam turbine of medium temperature, high pressure and single reheating type will be designed and constructed.
項(xiàng)目由中廣核太陽(yáng)能開發(fā)有限公司投資,整個(gè)工程分為集熱場(chǎng)(SOF)、HTF+TES、動(dòng)力區(qū)(BOP)三個(gè)EPC,投標(biāo)方負(fù)責(zé)本工程包范圍內(nèi)的基本設(shè)計(jì)轉(zhuǎn)化及施工圖設(shè)計(jì)、設(shè)備供貨、土建、安裝及分步調(diào)試。
Developed by Solar Energy Developer Co., Ltd of China General Nuclear Power Group(CGNSEDC), basic design by Ingeteam Spain, the project is separated from three EPC parts: SOF, HTF and TES, BOP. The tender will be responsible for
